Everything was simply perfect. The staff were amazing and extremely friendly! The rooms are spacious and while a bit dated, they are clean and very cozy. Being able to book a private hot bath was also very welcome.
It is only a few minutes away from the Train/Bus station, but as soon as you enter the domain of the hotel, it feels as if you step from the city straight into an Onsen town.
Unfortunately we only stayed for one night.

The staff was absolutely amazing. There was an older couple looking after us who were so kind, fun, and hospitable. They were funny and sweet and made sure to take care of us. Our room overlooked the river and we had our own toilet. The bath was shared but it wasn't a problem for us, we only had to wait for 30 minutes one time and the facilities themselves are EXCELLENT. This stay was a highlight of our trip!
