On the first day of my stay, two flights were cancelled due to the typhoon and the owners were kind enough to cancel the first day of my stay so that I did not suffer any further financial loss. The rooms are clean and well equipped and there are lots of cheap supermarkets on on weekends, which is a great experience.

A great place to stay in Tokyo, but people must have something in mind: It is not a backpackers hostel, it's a guest house, that works on the same model (shared rooms, bathrooms and all that) but It is a more chill and quite place to stay. It's a bit far from central Tokyo so you will take a while to get to the main places, fortunate the train station is really near the hostel. But I liked it since it gave me more experience by staying in a more suburban area. A lot of convenience stores around, this was good also. The facilities are well maintained, very clean and the bed it's really confortable with plenty of space inside the cubicle.  The common area it's pretty good to stay at, lot of outlets, tables and armchairs. Also, there is two fridges, giving a good room for all the guests edible items. The free coffee is a nice add as well. Laundry is located on the rooftop, the washmaschines worked just fine but the driers just gave a help in drying the clothes.  Staff of the place really caring and payed good attention to the guests' needs.  A really good place to stay, kind of surprising the quality giving the price. Worth It.

The accommodation was really clean and felt extremely homey. The location is really good too, about 11-15 mins from the train station, 7mins from a local 7/11, and 10mins from one of the best Book-offs in Tokyo. Honestly, great stay for the price!

This place is a great option if you're travelling on a budget. It is a lovely multistory house ran by a kind family. You have your own room and balcony. There are laundry facilities and an excellent view from the rooftop; where I might add, you can smoke if you need to. Everything is supplied for you, including towels, washing material and such. I was pleasantly surprised. The hospitality was amazing, we were even helped bringing our suitcases up. I will mention that if you cannot speak Mandarin please bring a translation app or such. I would definitely recommend this place.

The house is about a 10-minute walk from Motohasunuma Station. It's a standalone house, and we stayed on the ground floor, which has two bedrooms with tatami floors and Japanese-style futons — giving it a nice traditional feel. There is one toilet and one shower room. Overall, it’s suitable for 5–6 people and comes fully equipped with all necessary facilities. The host responds to messages quickly.
