The staff was exceptional. I had a late flight. After checking out, I went to the National Park. On returning to the hotel, they were thoughtful enough to offer me a room to shower before my flight. Incredible!

Great location, near the center but quiet and safe. The room was big, the bed had a new, comfortable mattress. As I have a back problem, the quality of the mattress is very important to me. Fridge and water boiler in the room with tea and coffee bags available. Decent bar and restaurant open until late at night. Very helpful staff. Overall a great stay with high price / value quota.

We were able to get early check-in and early check-out which worked out well for our flight. The staff was very helpful, we had a lot of luggage and weren't sure we were within the airline limit, so they weighed each bag for us, which was wonderful, really put our minds at ease. The wing of the hotel we were in had been upgraded from the last time we were here and the place looks and feels modern and amazing. We were also able to get food for the baby early in the morning before we went down for breakfast which made for a more relaxed breakfast experience.
