I stayed at the WHITE SAND ARK RESORT for 10 nights am not going to go into great detail as you have to stay there to understand as the staff from management to the house couldn't do enough for especially Tim,Anna well all the staff to be truthful 10 plus say no more

Loved the laid back atmosphere and great service. Great to have Anaya as a sister location which gave additional choice. Ann and the staff were fantastic - you only had to think of something and it was done. Location was perfect with the shade of the trees if required. We had a Jungle room which was close to the reception and was perfect. Would love to try one of the tents next time!

Great place to stay, wish I was going back. Kim, Lilly and the rest of the staff couldn’t do enough for you. There is ample beach and pool beds. The rooms are top class with great showers and facilities. Great gym when it gets too hot outside. The food and drinks were top class. The fried full fish was exceptional. Couldn’t recommend this resort enough.

The hotel has the best beach in the island. The staff is polite and helpful. They clean the beach and the hotel's premises all day long. As for the rooms are spacious, very clean, as they are cleaned daily. Both breakfast and dinner were very tasty. The pool was lovely. The WiFi was very good. I also had massage which was good as well. They also arranged to pick us up from the pier. It was a pity we stayed only 5 days.

So clean and tidy! Beautiful shared spaces, rooms were very nice. Free drinking water and use of kitchen! Ellen was also so welcoming and helpful. Beautiful place to stay and I would really recommend!

The location of the hotel was very nice, in a quiet part of the island. Although it was very close to the pier, the sea was very clean and beautiful. All staff was very friendly and helpful.

Touch and his wife are brilliant. They make use of the difficulty, not all permits are given they are still building up the place. There is no beach but a very cool private jetty which is turned into a super romantic dining location in the evening. A nice shallow beach is just 1 minute walk at the neighbouring hotel. Honestly, I really LOVED my Time in koh rong at long et resort. Even if I was there not on really Sunny days, all the staff, services and accommodations were so perfect that I forgot the lack of sun. The staff was so kind and helpful with me and my friends, I would definitely recommend to everyone to book a room there !!
