Also, Sarah was incredible and very fast with her responses, she saved my trip reminding me the date of the booking.

The location, staff and room were excellent. Staff were so friendly and always smiling, they offered to do everything for you. Including organising our return ferry and taxi to airport at 5:45am! They even made us a breakfast box to take with us as we were leaving before the buffet opened. My partner left an item in the room which they found for us and posted back to Australia

The hotel arranged for all the travelling commutes, between the airport and ferry, all went perfectly and in time, not needing to rush. Its location is superble with a private white sand beach that the staff works for keeping it clean and free from people that aren't guests, which gives you a sense of security and tranquility. You can leave your things in the sunbed at the beach while you have a nap in your room. We stay in the front beach room an I highly recomended. The restaurant is also very good and the food as it is cooked is very trustworthy, so you can be secured that you will not have food poisoning. Well worth the investment.

This hotel is perfectly located in a stunning setting. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, the private beach is beautiful, and the pool is fantastic. It's also very convenient to rent a scooter or arrange transport directly from the hotel. One of the best places I have ever been so far. The hotel is located on the most spectacular beach of Koh Rong (Sok San Beach) just meters away from the see. There were SUPs and bikes to use for free and there is a scooter rental just next to the hotel. The hotel offered barbecue dinner everyday, but there are some other restaurants too. Dara, and the whole staff was super helpfull, they also helped us to organise our journey further on the mainland. Anyhow, the place was so cool that we decided to extend our stay and spend the Christmas there. I can only recommend this hotel to stay.

Very lovely and welcoming hosts who were always happy to answer our questions or chat. They made us feel at home, gave us interesting insights into the local community on the island, and gave the best tips for local restaurants. M’Pai Bay turned out to be a walhalla for foodies, with some must-try restaurants!!! We had some of the most amazing food here. If you want to experience the true charm of this village and eat in all the superb local restaurants, I definitely recommend staying in M’Pai Bay. You can visit the other beaches of the island easily via taxi boat (5$ pp). Dragonfly Guesthouse has a nice bar and lounge area where you can chill with ocean views, and their restaurant with vegan food is amazing. The room was according to the description, with nice decorations and a private bathroom and balcony. It was a peaceful place to stay.

They surprised with an upgrade from Ocean front villa to the one with a pool which was a nice gesture from them when they knew we were celebrating our anniversary. The hotel was amazing. The beach was beyond my dreams. A very romantic place which is perfect for someone who's looking for relaxation. The staff were extremely nice, friendly and helpful. They had nice restaurants. Seriously , words can't describe my stay in that hotel.
