The staff is friendly ,serve you with a smile and efficient . The hotel is very clean . Its a good location so its easy to move around. One of the gentleman from the hotel gave excellent service.... Out of his good will he always asked the uber driver if he understood where we want to go or if he had any questions for us to break the communication barrier. Comfortable stay close to the airport. It’s more like a serviced apartment . The staff were very helpful. We had a few uncomfortable personal situations and they helped us with them .

Just got back from a 3-night stay at Al Habtoor in Lebanon, it exceeded expectations. The service was top-notch from start to finish, and a big part of that was thanks to Manuella—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From check-in to restaurant recommendations, she handled everything with a warm smile and genuine professionalism.
