Super friendly owners (father and son). We had a super comfortable big room. The whole place was amazing. Nice breakfast in the courtyard outside. The rooftop was nice to chill after a day in the medina. Location was great!

I loved everything about this place! We got a room in the top floor, with a fantastic view of the town, it was clean and inexpensive, the beds and pillows were comfortable... just loved it! Also, the location is second to none: just a few steps away from the main square and shops, but far enough not to be disturbed by the noise. Lastly, the staff always there at hand and being very helpful.

Perfect stay at Iguana Azul in Chefchaouen My friend and I stayed at Iguana Azul for three nights and absolutely loved it. Our room was spotless, fresh, and felt almost new. The bed was huge and super comfortable, with two separate blankets — no fighting over the covers at night! There was also air conditioning, which made it even more comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist with anything — whether it was questions about things to do in the area or helping us book a cooking class or hammam visit. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, and the rooftop terrace is a beautiful, peaceful place to relax. The location is perfect too: right in the heart of Chefchaouen’s charming little streets. We truly felt at home and taken care of. This place is a gem and we’ll definitely come back. I dunno where to begin, everything was exceptional! Allow to begin with the most important one - the staffs Abdou and Amjad. From the night before we arrived, they have been checking on us, updating and etc. we arrived and they we with us at every step, literally, because to get to the hotel is by climbing the steps 😂 Helpful, always sharing about everything, places to visit, local food, you name it. Location is perfect, you just need to brace yourself to walk/climb the stairs, but thats how to explore and experience Chaoen! Property is relatively new, so all is good. Foooooos, we had the best here and its gonna be difficult for others to compete! The bar is set high mow 🤩 All in all, we are extremely happy and will recommend everyone to stay here. Thank you for giving us the best experience.
