Great staff. Super nice and helpful. Especially the vallets, Tim from Reception and Mr Enzo in the reception cafe (very professional). Great location by the port + port view. Cleaning was satisfying. Spacy rooms. Great value for money.

Everything!! The lovely, quiet, and safe location was top-notch. Joelle and the other staff were so accommodating and friendly. You will never go wrong choosing this hotel. It is 2 minutes away from the tube, and there are so many restaurants in the surrounding area. Thank you, Joelle, for bringing Jodie (Dog) to the hotel. It always made my day to see her.

This hotel is STUNNING. From the minute you enter the lobby you are completely taken care of, from a porter taking your bags, to the reception directing you to your room and explaining all the things included and where best to eat, shop and sightsee. The hotel is located right in the middle of all the best shops and also close to the harbor and casino. The room was just lovey, and so clean and the bed was super comfortable too. LOVED the turn down service also..... Makes you feel spoiled! We ate at the Michelin Star - Pavilion Restaurant that's inside the hotel and aside from the food being delicious, you get the amazing sunset views over the harbor! They also offer - at a small charge - a concierge service for when you arrive and depart which I HIGHLY recommend. You are fast tracked through the airport, customs, immigration, everything. WELL WORTH IT. On a side note, we also chose for the helicopter to fly us to Monte-Carlo from Nice airport and the views are Jaw-dropping, as well as it being super fast. You are then taken to the hotel from the helipad. Definitely recommend if you want to treat yourself - the hotel can arrange the for you too. Would definitely recommend this hotel - the staff could not have more helpful and friendly and it's just a beautiful place to stay!

The apartment is lovely, well furnished and very clean. In terms of home and kitchen appliances it offers everything that you need during a vacation, whether short or long. I really appreciated the presence of a washing machine (although I didn't have time to use it) and the iron. The locations is perfect, only a few minutes walk from the city center and Les Sablettes beach. If you are travelling by train, I recommend getting off in Menton Garavan. The host also provided clear instructions on how to enter the building, apartment and garage.
