Beautiful hotel, great location to KL and also a 5 minute walk to the local shopping Malls and restaurants, so many places to eat and shop. The room was cleaned to a high standard, the staff were professional, kind and friendly. I felt safe as a female solo traveller. The breakfast provided had an array of dishes, and was good quality.

Best service I have received in Asia so far from Ali. He was always available if we had any questions or needed help. It shows that the right person at the right position can make a big difference.
