The apartment was perfect and had everything we could wish for. Also what we really liked is that it was very well equiped and it had washing powder, soap for the dishes, and basic items like oil/herbs etc.

This hotel its amazing with great value of money. I rated it as 10 because it deserves some more appreciation. Yes, the furniture its a bit old and needs to be updated but the position, big rooms, the style and the gardens are amazing. We had a lovely stay in this special location. If you search for perfection and very modern conditions its not the place for you. But if you enjoy the views and all the plants, flowers and retro vibe, then its a blessing. Breakfast was decent, the sandwiches that you can serve at the hotel bar are amazing. Good position for main atractions and the road to Pico do Arieiro.

This hotel is amazing. Everything was perfect. We had a very short stay but will come back for sure. Greetins to our amazing receptionist Tanya who sent us champagne in the room after we told her this is our last night at Madeira and that we got married there. It was so sweet and so pure of her! Staff is amazing, room was beautiful and all of the facilities are right on point. See you again!

Truly luxury hotel atmosphere. Inpeccable service Good location, 10min walk to city center (uphill on return walk). Ocean view room had all the aneminities one could expect. Breakfast was excellent. The location was superb - considering three methods of transportation: by car, by bus and walking. Everything worked fine and the staff was willing to help you with all your questions. There is only few parking spots (15€/day) available at the hotel (located in the neighboring lot) but the staff gave an excellent advice to park your rented vehicle in the public car park (5€/day) just 3 blocks away. The rooftop pool and bar were a nice addition to a top quality experience.

Great amenities and flexible employee (we arrived late because we did not know our way in the region, but the employee meeting us was very lenient. The only thing was the noise outside, but I dont think it was particular to this apartment but more of a city thing. With the 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, would absolutely recommend!

Awesome apartment. Owner is very caring and communicative. Apartment is very well equipped, clean and spacey. Object is very convenient, with a place for a car. The area around the object is very nice, about 10mins from the beach, same time from the shopping centre with a big supermarket. Generally great experience!
