The staff here are extremely helpful, they were a great source of local knowledge even when I asked for non-tourist stuff. They were fantastically helpful for my trip to the airport. Little things like free pepper and bag storage made my stay extra pleasant.
They also have a great culture with lots of interaction among the guests.

Very cool, very stylish, great location, easy walk to the main part of town, some cool restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood too.
André (hope I spelled it right ) was an absolute rock star. His maps and suggestions for places to visit were so good, but not as good as his restaurant recommendations.
We would never have found the places he sent us without him. He truly made our stay in Lisbon very special.
