The staff were phenomenal- special shout out to Alamgir, Hamidul, Mohasin from the butler and food services, Rahma and Bourhan from the breakfast dining hall place for their impeccable services, and for taking care of our every need. They truly were exceptional. Loved the vibe and music at Sax whilst the food at Novikov was excellent. The room was big and spacious and the bed heavenly! Lovely Christmas tree and decor too.

Initially the reception staff Mr. Areef and Mr. Touhid, greeted me with a warm and pleasant welcome. Upon checking my reservation they gave me a free upgrade to a two bedroom suite which was unexpected. The suite was very spacious and clean and beds were very comfortable. My family thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful stay. Mr. Areef called several moments after we settled down I the room to ensure that everything was in order and made sure that I had no other concerns. Perfect stay for my family 10/10. Thabk you Mr. Areef and Mr. Touhid.

The friendliness of all the staff. Everyone went all out to try and make the stay & experience out of this world. But that is how Doha is, everyone who work in the hotel industry are trained to be service focus. We were upgraded upon arrival by this friendly south african personnel.
