The staff were really nice. The organized a taxi for us to drive to the pier. The air conditioning on the room we booked (Air) was broken, but they gave us another room with an extra bed (fire) which was even better for us. The air conditioning was the best ones we had in Thailand- not to hot and not to cold. Clean, every day we got fresh drinking water. The location is perfect. In the old town but in a small street - there is a market with street food there that opens until 17.00 o’clock, next to it a durian shop (everything you can wish made with durian) and at the corner a very famous “Thai pancake” street food vendor.

Wow! We stayed in the Spring unit and it was a truly amazing stay. We missed the last ferry to Phi Phi and had to make a last minute booking for one night in Phuket Town from the taxi - the staff accommodated our sudden arrival. The unit (it’s more like an apartment than a hotel room) is exactly as pictured (the decor is amazing) and is really great value for money as it so much cheaper than a hotel in Patong. The unit has a small equipped kitchenette which makes it stand out if you’re staying for a few days. Great location in the middle of a great neighbourhood in Phuket Town. Would highly recommend a stay at 125 Baan.

Amazing all the way through 😍😍 I was there with my child 5 y. old. The hotel is placed in fine, renovated old building with gardens and beautifully furnitured lounges, there is actually a museum as well. The decorations are amazing, and truly reflects the historical spirit of Phuket. It has been a fairy tale. All the place is very clean, the stuff very friendly and helpful. We felt most welcomed, we felt good. Thank you🙏♥️

authentic Thai building, great staff. In the middle of Phuket Old Town. Street market very close. Good breakfast. Could have stayed a little longer. Front reception is being re modeled, it was looking great.

Everything was as we wanted it to be. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff especially were really helpful and always smiling.

The location was perfect. We were lucky to catch this just as it opened and see it at the start. Will be a future gem of the area I suspect. Shared bathrooms sometimes put people off, but 2 toilets and one full shower per floor were brand new and not a problem for us. Although unlikely to return to Phuket again, we would book here no problem if we could. Thank you to Fu.
