Perfect location, about 10 mins walk to Ximen MRT Station and maybe 15 mins to Taipei Main Station (Where you can get the Taoyuan Airport MRT). The hotel main entrance in at the right side of the building, this is only a lobby, you take the lift up to the 6th floor for Reception. I booked for a high floor and got the 28th floor with a great view at the river side. The room was very good, modern, separate toilet and reasonable sized. They supplied pajamas and slippers in the room and all the essential toiletries can be got on the 6th floor in reception in a well layout display cabinet. There is a laundry room also on the 6th floor where you can do your own washing and drying (X3 washing machines and X3 dryers) they take coins only. The breakfast was fabulous with both continental and Taiwan cuisine. They supply free bottles of water and Tea/Coffee at the end of reception up till 10pm. There was also a kittle in the room with a safe. Ximen is a great area for eating, drinks and shopping, very lively at night time.

The receptionists are all well trained and friendly. Hotel location is superb, near to the Ximen Metro exit. There is no worried about carrying luggage as you can easily access the escalator at Metro exit. Personally felt thankful that we picked this hotel as our stay for 3 days as we met Typhoon Kong Rey, the hotel provides FOC laundry services and free cup noodles each night which is a value added point especially during Typhoon time. Rooms are comfortable and clean, housekeeping are in place.

Hotel front door is steps away from the Ximen subway station. The laundry facility is great and it is not expensive at all, we used it twice on our 5 nights stay. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped us to book a taxi to airport at 4:30am.

Everything was great, clean, soundproof was good (we were worried about that part), staff was nice and helpful. Our flight was canceled because of the typhoon so we booked another room for two days and the staff was kind enough to let us check in as soon as we checked out from the other room.

An Excellent Stay! I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The hotel is ideally located—not far from the underground station—and the walk to and from it is genuinely enjoyable thanks to the beautiful surrounding area. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the presence of a snack area and laundry room is a major plus. The location is exceptional! A block away from Ximending, you can be in the scene without the noise! The hot water was consistent and helpful for sore feet after too much walking! And of course, the bidet was a big win! I just realise I used too many exclamation marks, because it really is worth the money!
