The design of the whole hotel is very beautiful. Our room had a beautiful view over Brooklyn and the size of the room was excellent, especially for New York which usually has tiny rooms.

The hotel and the staff was just unbelievable! The location was perfect, we felt so safe in the middle of the financial district and this was most important to us as we are 2 girls traveling. The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly, they helped us out a lot and were always really friendly without being too pushy. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the budget but get so much for it! The metro is also just next to the hotel and you're in walking distance of so many cool restaurants/take aways/the financial district which is incredible at night to walk through. I don't think I have ever been this satisfied with a hotel!
