Amazing breakfast included, The Pho and Egg Benedict were the best. Staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Room was very clean. The associated rooftop bar has great cocktails and atmosphere, definitely worth a visit. Spa was also great. Many important sites are visitable by foot in ~30 minutes (or faster depending how brave you are with crossing streets).

This was the perfect location for us. Not in the middle of the busy city, but still easily accessible to everything. To get to the old town you would have to: E.g. take a taxi – 20 minutes. The hotel is great, a good location, staff is lovely and breakfast is delicious, the cook doing fresh omelets is very friendly. Each room has a Wifi so connection is fast and available around all the hotel. The style of the room is classic and it is very clean. Had a lovely stay here and would recommend it.

I had a wonderful experience celebrating my partner’s birthday at Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture. The staff, particularly the concierge Chris, went above and beyond to make the occasion special. He decorated our room with balloons and assisted with making a drinks reservation, adding a personal touch to our stay. The room was elegant and comfortable, offering a perfect blend of luxury and convenience. The hotel’s amenities, including the sky bar, pool and fitness facilities, enhanced our overall experience.

We had a lovely stay at An Nguyen Lakeside Residence. I wouldn’t book anywhere else in Hanoi! It’s in a quiet area right on the riverside with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Old Town is only a $2 Grab ride away. We stayed in Old Town before here and much preferred this location as our own oasis from the hustle and bustle. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and modern. We also loved the staff, the women at the front desk were so friendly and happy to provide any and all recommendations. The daily salted coffee is a must! It truly exceeded our expectations and the price for the quality of this accomodation is second to none.

We had a washing machine in the balcony and the owner gave us detergent so we can wash the clothes. The location is quiet and perfect,in the centre but away from the crazy and noisy streets. Very big room. The owner was very nice. He even insisted on droving us to the bus stop, since at that time we could not find a taxi. We really appreciated it.
