Location is just a few steps away from the lake the location is very much central to reach shops ,restaurants and very close to the famous Historic Temple on the lake , breakfast is very good with also a very nice selection of western and Asian choice, the room was fantastic we had one of the two Terrace suite that we have chose for the second time in this remarkable hotel but what makes the hotel even more special is the friendly staff and the hospitality at the Concierge that are always ready to help in every way also with a warm heart to make sure your stay is comfortable.

Great central location walking distance to all sights. Good breakfast and value for money. Staff were very friendly and the best thing was the bed was so so comfy. The best bed I slept in one month in Vietnam. Dressing robes and good sized room too for the price. Stayed twice whilst in Hanoi and will return for a third visit. Thank you :)

Its a small hotel, a bit hidden in a market street. Our room was quite big, not noisy at all and comfortable. The staff is awesome, really helpful and speaks english fluently.

You ask what we liked about this oasis amid outdoor chaos. This is a sanctuary where we felt comfortable, well cared for and our requests were not only met with consideration but the manager went over and above our request.to satisfy our need. This place is a diamond in the midst of all boutique hotels in the area. The breakfast was varied but it was also delicious and we could feel "love" being an important ingredient to their dishes. I would recommend this hotel to all and sundry and I WILL RECOMMEND IT...that is for certain.

Booked a room without window for Christmas but they upgraded my room when I checked in, really appreciate that. I need to mention their staff, Lily as she was so lovely and helpful ! I signed up for spa service at the sister hotel and wasn't satisfied. She sincerely listened to my feedback and apologized on the sister hotels
hotel's behalf. She brought my experience to management and the hotel decided to refund half of the spa cost. This hotel is amazing with location walkable to places of attractions with lots of restaurants nearby. Unfortunately I only stayed here for one night. The breakfast at the hotel was decent. Wonderful experience here and highly recommend this hotel.
