Everything were great and have all facilities we could desire. Unfortunately the weather was not so nice, it was cold and light rain sometimes, but despite that it was great to be in the resort. All staff is amazing. Special thanks to Ms. Chau (hope i'm not making mistake) from the front desk, that received us and always be available when we need, Mr. Thrum (hope i'm rigt) and all the staff that organized and been in the count down dinner. Fabulous dinner and wonderful show during it. We loved it and enjoyed a lot. It is my third time in this resort and I have reasons to return back. Thanks guys!

the staff were so friendly, will was super insightful and li always had the answers to my questions. it was a nice peaceful hostel, but did offer opportunities to do group activities such as a dinner out and a movie night. the pool was super refreshing and the beds were the most comfortable ones I've had on my trip. soft pillows, duvet and comfy mattress. the rooms were secure and there was easy access not just to the beach, but also to the town. (I rented a bicycle with a route suggested by the owners, which allowed me to see more of the area than I had planned to).

The hotel is located in a beautiful and carefully maintained garden, the view from all rooms is perfect. The staff is very professional, kind and helpful in everything. The beach and its surroundings are also perfectly maintained. Even though the hotel was fully booked over the weekend, there was no problem with the number of sunbeds, neither by the pool nor by the sea. The breakfasts are very rich, constantly replenished, you can order extra coffee for free (cappuccino, latte, etc.). The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Hoi An, which is very nice. Upon arrival, our friend was celebrating her birthday and even though we informed the staff about this at the last minute, they managed to prepare everything perfectly. She received a huge bouquet of flowers in her room upon arrival, a sweet surprise awaited her in the form of macaroons, and in the evening the table was festively set, with flower decorations and candles, and at the end of the dinner there was also a cake. Thank you very much for a great stay, we definitely recommend the hotel.

The Chiem Hoi An is a wonderful hotel. The staff is outstanding - very helpful - always have a smile - always willing t please. The Hotel is less than 100 meters from the beach..has two pools of its own...and walking distance to a market with good eating, massages and convenience stores. The breakfast served is Al a Cart and you order a day before. Excellent breakfast catered to your specific requirement and taste. Just loved the experiance . Keep up the good work.

The staff, food, spa and location were fantastic. We came for a few nights and extended as the hotel was in a great location to explore the quiet yet colourful neighbourhood and swim in the ocean (just a few steps from hotel). We used their complimentary bicycles to get around and explored rice paddies and Hoi An town from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was an all time favourite with amazing variety of fresh foods every day. Lily made sure to explain all of the interesting options on the buffet and generally cared for us the entire time we were visiting. We will definitely come back and stay longer next time.

Great location, a few steps fromthe beach and also not far from Hoi An. We really liked the traditional architecture and furnishing of the hotel - perfectly reflected the atmosphere of Hoi An. 1- As soon as I booked on Booking.com, I got a whatsapp message from Linh and right till we stayed at the property, she guided us with the hotel, taxi from airport to hotel, shops to buy from at the Ancient Town, places to eat at (we had a late night flight into Hoi An). Thanks Linh for making our visit so seamless! 2- This hotel is beautiful! Such a dream to stay at. Please, please do stay here when you visit Hoi An. Apart from that, its a 30 second walk to a beautiful beach (An Bang beach) . Along the way, there are tons of cafes if you want to only eat there and not go to the Ancient Town. 3- Its only a 100 Vietnamese Dong to reach the town by taxi/ 10 mins which is what we did every evening after spending the day at the beach.
