We loved everything about this hotel. We had our balcony overlooking the garden and the river, we loved the view and it was so pleasant to spend some time there in the evening. The garden and the pool are very well maintained and they look beautiful. The room met all our expectations and I have to appreciate the very big shower and the great water pressure. The pool is big, surrounded by trees and plants and we did not have any issue on finding sunbeds. They have a pool bar also and even happy hour. The location is great also, in a calm area of Hoi An but only 5 minutes away of the night market, river and action. We also used their transportation from Da Nang airport to the hotel and everything went very smooth. Breakfast was fine, I would say similar with other hotels we stayed during our Vietnam tour.

We booked for one night and ended up staying for four nights. We stayed on the 4th floor and really loved the room. It is modern with plenty of storage space and has a fridge and kettle. The aircon works well. The water pressure in the bathroom was great. It has a lovely balcony and because it is high up it felt very private. They house is just outside the old city so in a more quiet area yet just a few minutes walk to the old city. Restaurants close by. The bed was the best we had during our 2 months through South East Asia. It felt like sleeping on a cloud! SO comfortable compared to the usually hard beds you get everywhere. The family is absolutely wonderful. Warm, friendly, attentive and going out of their way to be helpful. They have bikes that one can use free of charge. When there were not any bikes left they borrowed their neighbours for us to use. They also gave me a bedlamp for reading when I asked for one. What I really liked was that they did not try to upsell us anything. (So many other places where we stayed did that and we found it very anyoying). The breakfast in the morning was nice. They made us feel very welcome as a gay couple and we really appreciate that. We can honestly say that it was one of our best accomodations during our 2 months of traveling in South East Asia! Highly recommended!

Absolutely Amazing. Susan is so kind and warm and welcoming, a truely beautiful person- she offered us delicious banana pancakes and fresh passion fruit juice on our arrival. She was so helpful and kindly provided recommendations on everything in Hoi-An. She answered any questions we had and she was happy to arrange tours and transport that we were interested in. We hoped to extend her stay longer but not surprisingly her place was fully booked - still Susan allowed us to use her bikes, store our luggage and make us feel so welcome around her house until evening, while we decided what to do next. Breakfast was delicious 40,000 each. Laundry was provided on site for very cheap by Susan's mum. Free bikes were available which made exploring very easy. The location is superb. Susan's family are all very friendly and she makes you feel right at home. Couldn't recommend staying here more - probably the best host we've ever experienced on our travels to date, not only just in Vietnam!
