This is the best place I have stayed, truly excellent. The family were excellent hosts, friendly and everything you needed but not overbearing, like a top Michelin star restaurant. Family hotel with amazing hosts and staff. The room was large, clean and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. The pool and spa were of a very good standard. Free and convenient parking. Very good location.

The two ladies at breakfast were so pleasant and made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Made waking up a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at any hotel. The lakeside lounge area was also special. The rooftop spa area was tastefully done with views over the lake and mountains, although a 2pm opening time for the sauna felt overly restrictive.
