In over 20 years of international travel, Hotel Lis would be the best 3 star hotel we have ever stayed in BY FAR because: the rooms are sunny, lookout onto a park, and have recently been refurbished: Katarina and Andrea are incredibly attentive hosts, who every morning hover over the fantastic breakfast service (beware the allure of their freshly baked cakes) to ensure your needs and desires are being met: the housekeeping staff do a detailed clean every day, when they also replenished our fruit/chocolate basket: there is free street parking outside the front door: the rooms are really quiet. This family run Hotel and its staff just makes you feel so at home and welcome. Its a long way from New Zealand, but next year we are going to return - and for longer than this trips 7 day stay. And I should mention the very tasty bottle of local red wine that was waiting for us in our room.

Luca was available to answer all our questions, check in was super easy with lots of additional information about Asti. The apartment was large, clean and very comfortable. We would stay again if visiting Asti. Wonderful host.

Hospitality was great, the room was comfy and spatious, the bathroom modern. The breakfast was excellent too. And we recommend their restaurant enthusiastically. They suggested to us numerous local wine producers and gave us touristic tips. Last but not least they were very nice to our dog. We wanted to return in a few days, but due to unexpected commitments we had to return home early. That said, we recommend Montemagno and the hospitality of Geppe wholeheartedly.

A very nicely decorated and clean apartment on the ground floor of the building with private parking is excellently equipped with many details that make the stay pleasant. The hostess is very kind and accommodating. Although we arrived quite late in the evening, we were greeted by cold water and breakfast for the morning after.

Excellent! Private, cozy, stylish, small apartment with a very comfortable bed. Wonderful big balcony!!! Everything necessary for life is there. We really liked it! The owner is very helpful and available whenever you need her! I highly recommend!

The apartment was lovely, spacious, well appointed and had air conditioning, which was a blessing! We were warmly greeted and felt right at home. Great area, lots of restaurants. Wish we had stayed longer.
