They are top on each topics : cleanliness, helpfulness, good and various breakfast, high level of services, the good price and so on … Thanks to all the staff, it is a big part of the strength of this hotel.They are all so exceptional. So I recommend highly this hotel and for sure I will return there if I come back to Jakarta.

Located in Puncak and about a 5-minute drive from Taman Safari Indonesia Zoo and Theme Park, a world-class zoo and titled the best conservation site by Indonesian Ministry of Forestry. It takes a 10-minute drive from the property to Cisarua Traditional Market, and about a 20-minute drive to the iconic Puncak Pass Room provided as per request, next to each other and wish for my son birthday. The room clean, a bit small but still nice.

This is a beautiful old world hotel, with fantastic vintage furniture in beautiful and huge rooms with lovely decor and with all mod cons, and is situated bang in the middle of Surabaya. Checkin is swift and easy, and the staff are well trained and courteous. This is by no means the cheapest high end place in Surabaya but, without a doubt, it is the best value for what you get. And it is the most historical, interesting and the best located hotel. Surabaya doesn't really have more than a weekend's worth of attractions, but this hotel is a major attraction itself, and is a short walk to all the other attractions that Surabaya has to offer. Not only that, it is strategically located near a large Mall, with great shopping, ATMs, and food options. The hotel also has a great bar for socialising.

We joined the shuttle to Bali after the stay — super smooth. Staff were sweet and even helped us grab snacks before leaving :)

Set in Sidomukti in the East Java region, Dear traveller luxury glamping features a garden. This luxury tent offers a terrace. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park is 36 km away. Location was excellent, right next to the waterfalls. Although, a bit of a walk up a hill to get onto the main road. You are surrounded by trees and it is so peaceful. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The staff were so lovely and accommodating
