Very clean and spacious room with a great view over the swimming pool and the garden and mountains The food was delicious and an outstanding breakfast. A mix of oriental and western breakfast options. The staff was super friendly and helpful There was some confusion about the beds for the children but that was also quickly resolved The swimming pool is huge and more than welcome after visiting the temples. We could have stayed much longer

The furnishing of the rooms and layout of the property was exceptional. It's a well maintained building and the staff was always ready to deliver an exceptional service. The manager was very accommodating to our requests and ensured we had a comfortable stay.

Lovely place and lovely staff? The ladies are on top of everything there and super kind to you! Big kudos and applause to Sithu the naturalist of the place, go on a trip with her around the area, you won't regret it!

What we liked most: - the feel of a little paradise in the middle of nowhere; - high standards in accomodation: the full teak house with a great veranda was spacious and had excellent airco and an excellent bed - high standards in food and drinks: the buffets of chef Fernando and his brigade are truly excellent; both western and sri lankan food. Very attentive to his guest (as all staff is); specific requests are no problem - high standards in facilities: the gardens are kept nicely, the pool is kept clean, whole range of activities is offered (also for kids) - the staff is very welcoming, friendy and always there to help; they helped us with tours to the Dambulla Cave Temples (10min drive), Sigiriya Rock (15min drive) Minneriya Safari; saw 75+ elephants (40min drive with safari jeep pick-up) and Polonaruwa (90min drive).

From the beginning to the end, all the staffs were so friendly and polite. Thank you so much! The pool, rooms and food were amazing. This is really a high standard hotell. Special thanks to the evening chef who came to our table and was humble. Also a big thanks to the lovely Spa ladies for amazing massages (Mali & the other lovely lady), and Chathuni for making sure we had a good time.

nice hotel with comfortable bedroom and spacious bathroom. it opened in February 2025 so it has pretty new furnitures and equipment. the staff was very helpful organising our rides to Sigiriya Rock and Polonnaruwa. there are also few good restaurants around (10min walking distance). good place to stay!

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfy and we had all we needed in the bedroom. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. They helped us to rent a scooter what was great as we could go anywhere and come back to that quiet place and relax. It was great place for our last nights in Sri Lanka after a month of travelling. We wish the Cashew Palace amazing season! Stay busy!

My stay at this luxury Ayurveda Resort in Sigirya, Sri Lanka brought back the deeper connection with nature itself. The Ayurveda treatments at the Resort was exceptional and the Doctor was able to identify my doshas and work on a detox programme for me and all the meals were customized. The team at Ayugiri was excellent and friendly and supportive during my wellness holiday in Sri Lanka. The best part of my stay was seeing the wild elephants roaming about freely.
