The host and all the staff members are extremely helpful. We arrived around lunch time and via Whatsapp we coordinated our lunch order, so we we arrived, we could immediately enjoy the lovely lunch. The rooms are extremely large, which is ideal for a family. We enjoyed sunny weather, but even when it rains, you feel super comfy and cozy in the villa. The kids loved the outing to the beach and the garden area. We had a lovely long weekend!

An incredible setting within Yala National Park with wildlife around you - literally in the round of the location. The quality of the tented lodge accommodation and the food were both outstanding - the best we experienced in Sri Lanka in both cases - by some margin. The quality of the three safaris we did were excellent, with a great guide and great drivers! Our location meant we could access the park more quickly than many other tours and we seemed to have VIP 'fast track' access through the entry gates, ahead of many, many other safari trucks. The overall customer service was excellent with Sashi attending to our every queston and need via Whatsapp and in person. Thank you Sashi! The food and service in the restaurant were both outstanding and special mention must go to Tilshan who looked after us in the restaurant every day of our stay - he was superb, remembering our preferences after day one.

Great location for yala safari. Resort is stunning. Staff are kind and friendly and helpful. Spa was worth doing, I went at night so I didn’t waste the day at the spa. Gym was great. Pool was unreal. All the food was great. Great breakfast. I had a great stay and will be back.

We had a great experience staying here and exploring Yala. The hotel arranged two safaris for us, and both were excellent. Our guide Sampath and driver Supoon were very knowledgeable, and thanks to their experience, we were able to see leopards on both trips. They knew how to navigate the crowds and where to go for the best wildlife sightings. The hotel itself was lovely. We enjoyed the view of the beach from our cabin, and listening to the waves from the porch was a highlight of our stay. The property’s access to nature was excellent. The nearby lake was a prime spot for wildlife viewing. We saw crocodiles, wild boars, and elephants there. The staff, especially Gayan and Saman, made an effort to connect with us every day, ask how our day was, and point out wildlife around the property. We would recommend this place for anyone visiting Yala and looking for a peaceful stay close to nature.

One of the best resort experiences we've ever had!! I came with my wife and 1.5yo kid and the staff were extremely attentive and accommodating to many requests (mostly for my kid) and we had a great stay. The pool was amazing and the facilities were well maintained and clean. Highly recommended!! :)

Since our arrival, we have been treated with immense respect, and all the staff members are wonderfully pleasant and helpful. The surroundings are a peaceful oasis, the food is incredibly delicious, and the bedroom is very clean. We visited a safari, and the hotel assisted us with a driver and a guide—which allowed us to see elephants and even a leopard in the wild! This is the most worthwhile hotel on our Sri Lanka trip! The photos cannot fully capture the comfort and beauty of the hotel! The wooden cottage we lived in was located in the forest and was very comfortable! The hotel and the other side of Jetwing Yala share a buffet and beach bar. The staff is very friendly! No matter what our needs are, the staff comes to serve us immediately. The food at Jungle Hotel is delicious! This is definitely a place worth coming back to!
