The view from the balcony of the room is definitely the highlight of the whole accommodation experience. Staff are so helpful and friendly to offer advice including travel tips and transport for your trip. There is a steep road to go up to the main road from the homestay and the staff is willing to help me with my luggage. Nice communication. The room is lovely and exactly how the pictures show. Clean with nice deco - love it and would definitely recommend!

The hotel also provided a shower room, allowing me to freshen up before check-in, which was incredibly convenient after a long journey. On top of that, they offered a **complimentary herbal bath and sauna**, which was the perfect way to relax and warm up after exploring Sapa. It was a unique and rejuvenating experience that added so much value to my stay. Throughout my time at the hotel, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, frequently checking in to see how I was doing.
