Rarely have we encountered such outstanding professionals (Anna, at the reception, is a treasure!). But then everything was perfect. Breakfast (the bread was delicious!) and in general food & wine, decoration, location (check the view from our room). Just perfect.

The rooms on the upper floors have views of the State Opera and the city centre. A concierge service is available. Everything was extraordinary and more than perfect. The staff was very friendly, helpful, professional and did everything to make our stay the most memorable experience.

One of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. Quality is second to none and I would rate it in my favourite top 3 hotels I have ever experienced. Loved the balcony, the location is exceptional being close to so many important things that I could walk to. Many lovely restaurants and stores close by as well as important land marks. Staff exceptional and very helpful. Beautifully appointed I felt spoiled staying here. From the amazing bed to the excellent chocolates on arrival and the spacious bathroom I can't think of anywhere that I have felt more comfortable. The breakfast was also superb.

Set in Vienna, a few steps from St. Peter's Catholic Church, Rosewood Vienna offers accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. This 5-star hotel offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The property is 300 metres from St. Stephen's Cathedral, and within 200 metres of the city centre. The room size was very comfortable with a nice view of the area. The location of this property is certainly a plus for me and the staff are very friendly. I for got a bag in the restaurant and remembered a few hours later. The bag was returned without anything missing. So plus for honesty. Concierge were very helpful in directing me to some shops. The restaurant on the rooftop was great for breakfast and later on tea/coffee. It has nice views of the city and an inner courtyard for when the weather is nice to sit out, which it was for the few days I was there.
