I recently had the pleasure of staying at Phi Phi Phu Chalet in Koh Phi Phi, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, making us feel truly welcome. Special recognition goes to Da, Pop, Pearw, and Piu, whose attentive and efficient service during breakfast was outstanding. Their warm smiles and dedication ensured each morning started delightfully, complemented by a diverse and delicious breakfast selection. The rooms were immaculate and showcased modern design, providing a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing retreat after a day of island exploration. The meticulous attention to cleanliness and contemporary amenities contributed significantly to a relaxing stay. Phu Chalet's serene ambience and prime location make it a standout choice for travellers seeking both tranquillity and convenience in Koh Phi Phi. The resort is just perfect, i totally recommend it, the view and how amazing the staff and the experience itself are something totally magical, if you are going to Phi Phi definitely sleep in it, and what was amazing that they take your bags from to the boat bay! THANK YOU GUYS

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Always trying to please. They have certainly excelled in their customer centric approach. If a Thai holiday away from the hustle of some of the bigger tourist spots like Phuket, or Krabi is your scene, then PhiPhi Natural resort on Laemtong Beach is the place to go.

Absolutely underrated spot. We stayed in the same vacation at hotels in Phi Phi and Phuket which costed 4 times more, and it wasn’t as good. Location is great. I’d ignore all BS comments about the noise, we didn’t hear anything (our rooms were very close to the beach side). The pools are really calm and amazing. You get infinity pool with spectacular views of best beaches in Phi Phi. We were a family, and the audience seemed mix between young couples, families, and the not-backpacker type solo travelers. Food for breakfast was great, with good selection. And the view, seats on the beach sand, just made it absolutely magical. Strong recommendation, great value for money, we will be back! Special thanks to Joy and staff on helping all the view and being super friendly!!

The property is amazing as it is away from the crowd and has an excellent balcony to enjoy the sea view, the rooms are spacious, clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. What add a great value to this property is their fantastic shuttle services for pier or Phi Phi Don, the resort is extremely well managed by their staff, room service is great and food is delicious. We stayed here for 2 days and it was not enough. Highly recommend this place.
