Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpfull staff, fast wifi, good shower, very good buffet breakfast. Free airport pick up. Located close to airport. Easy to get around the city hy using one of the many taxi's. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was excellent!!!! They were super helpful with planning my onward journey. I was picked up from the airport from a very polite and helpful staff member. When I checked in, I realised that my room wasn’t as clean as it should be. I reported to the lady at the reception and the issue was fixed immediately!!! In regards to my onward journey, I needed some help, because I don’t speak Russian and had no clue how to get to my final destination. However she helped me organising a driver and even let the driver call her before we reached my destination so that she could check if everything went well. WOW - amazing efforts!!! A big thank you and a huge compliment!!!!

    The hotel was modern clean and comfortable in a good location that was easy to find and good for exploring the sights. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of options. Both the reception and room staff were wonderfully helpful. We had a couple of problems with currency exchange and laundry and they were very happy to help us.
