The views were breathtaking from our balcony room and the location was convenient for exploring the area. There is a bus that is only a 3 min walk away that leaves every 1/2 hour or it’s about a 20 min walk from town. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. The Hotel Staff was very helpful and competent with everything we requested, they were kind and welcoming and no task was too much for them to handle. Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality with many local products and very nice prepared. A la Carte Restaurant in the evening was also very delicious and well prepared. The Kitchen and Service are competent and professional. Rooms were clean and all the other areas in the hotel as well. The location of the Hotel is perfect, you can ski or snowboard down the slope to the Firstbahn and later come from the Firstbahn up to the hotel by Bus. The Jungfrau Region is amazing and the Bodmi Hotel completes this and makes you want to stay there forever.

We particularly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and beautiful views - perfect for relaxing after a day out. A great base for exploring the area - we'd happily stay here again! Highly recommended!!

The balconies overlooked the Höhematte Park, where there were paragliders during the day. As our stay was over the New Year’s period, the fireworks display was right at the park and we could enjoy the magnificent display in the comfort of our own home. Mario was very friendly and accommodating, and everything from leaving our luggages at the accommodation before check-in, to check-out, was seamless. Thank you so so much, Mario! The 4-bedroom setup was perfect for our family, giving everyone plenty of space to relax. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and having two bathrooms made getting ready in the mornings so much easier since we didn’t have to take turns or rush. We also appreciated having access to a washer and dryer in the basement, which was especially useful for a longer trip. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained and well-equipped with everything we needed, plus a few extra touches. The large windows offered lovely views, and the outdoor blinds were a great feature, completely blocking out light for sleeping in or for added privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, though that’s to be expected in Switzerland. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area made it easy for us to prepare and enjoy meals together, which added to the cozy, home-like feel of the apartment.
