The property is beautifully located — close to the shores of Lake Sevan, yet far enough from the noise and crowds to feel peaceful and secluded. The house itself is built to a high standard, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. The grounds are spacious, well-maintained, and filled with fruit trees that bear delicious seasonal fruit guests are welcome to enjoy. Although the owners are not on-site, they are highly responsive and helpful. Special thanks to Greta, who is in charge of maintaining the place — warm, welcoming, and exceptionally professional. A truly special place we would love to return to!

Really cosy rooms, extraordinary tasty meals and exciting stories. The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

Excellent Location in the City Center near all restaurants, and supermarkets. The house was warm and cozy despite the cold weather outside. The owner was responsive and supportive. The house was very spacious with 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 2 toilets and a bathroom. It had all the essentials required for a short or long stay. On our special request, the owner and his wife decorated the house with a Christmas tree and other beautiful decorations. We had a lovely holiday in Tsaghkadzor, in such a cozy house.

Very nice owner. It is located in a quiet neigbourhood but close to centre of Diligan. There are plum and pear trees in the garden and you can gather fresh fruits every day .

Throughout our stay, our host went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. But what truly made our stay special was the stunning accommodation. The room was spacious, immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with a cozy seating area. The view from our window was breathtaking, with lush forests stretching out as far as the eye could see.
