Really cosy rooms, extraordinary tasty meals and exciting stories. The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this hotel is so amazing that I have to share my experience. It exceeded all our expectations! The design, both inside and out, is beautiful, and the attention to detail is incredible. The room had everything we could possibly need—even a coffee machine! The staff were so friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. It’s the kind of place you never want to leave. What makes this hotel even more special is that every room or house is unique. We met the owner, who showed us some of the other rooms, and each one was more impressive than the last. I’d love to stay in all of them someday! There’s also a restaurant opening soon. We got a glimpse of it, and it looks amazing—the design, menu, and concept are all so creative. I can’t wait to come back and try it. This hotel is truly unforgettable, and I highly recommend it!

Very nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent facilities and the fastest wifi connection we ever had in Armenia. Friendly welcoming family. The house was heated even in the mid of October, so we were never cold at nights! (As we were cold in all the other houses in Armenia where we stayed in October). Thank you, Tigran! It was the best experience staying there.
