The hotel is in an excellent location. 5 minutes walk to the national park entrance. Surrounded by different restaurants and the food street is just one block away. The owner and staff was very nice and helpful, like staying with family. They helped arrange train station pick up, arranged taxi, and pre ordered tickets to national park and grand canyon. The hotel also has free laundry service which was very helpful.

We had an incredible stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful, using a translator device to communicate perfectly. One staff member even helped us buy tickets for Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain and gave us a map that was absolute gold. Thanks to him, our trip was smooth and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Location is great and central. Walking distance to many restaurants and the river/bridge. Only 5 mins taxi to the East entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park. We got a complimentary upgrade and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The best part of the stay is the host himself Mr. Chen. He gave us recommendations on the itinerary and helped us book all the tickets to the parks. Extremely helpful, kind and generous. Highly recommended place to stay!!

Yu Yajun and Huang News (speaks English) are great people . They helped me in any way possible. Yajun came to pick me up at the train station, and he showed me around. I stayed for 3 days and they helped me to plan everything. They have all the maps, and they will explain where to go. I am a disable person. They were very friendly and patient, giving me everything I needed. The hotel is in one of the main streets , full of restaurants , street food and markets From the hotel is 3 min walking to the Tienmen's cable car entrance and as well as very close to bus stops. The room is clean and well equipped with everything.

It’s located just inside the west gate of the park, which means that in addition to it being very beautiful and convenient, it also allows those who stay to travel through the park in a direction opposite most other park visitors, slashing wait times for attractions. At the end of a long day in Tianmanshan or ZJJ, it was great to come back to a pool and a delicious home cooked meal. Cannot recommend this place enough!
