I had an exceptional stay at RENASE. Joanna is one of the friendliest and most helpful hosts I’ve came across in my six months travelling South America. She is a bird enthusiast and we went birdwatching around the reserve; she also offered local Amazonian juices & drinks for me to try. Breakfast exceeded expectations and the lodge itself is beautiful, being set within the jungle and built using a traditional bamboo structure. It is located just off the road and easily reached by bus from Leticia. Joanna helped organise my tours and was always on hand to assist. Couldn’t have asked for anything better, in fact I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Caro and her Mum are the kindest, friendliest and nicest hosts we have had on our entire 4 month trip. They could not have done more to make our stay more pleasurable. It's a cery beautiful home and the host was very helpful and caring. Maricela tried to help us with our travel plans and gave us a lot tips and contacts to help us. The pool was really amazing in this hot weather. The room and the bathroom was clean. The area was 15min walk from the center. So it was calm and good to relax and get a good night sleep.

Really nice location with a great view of the river and nature. We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Meals were good. What we liked the most are tours they offer. Specially the Peru one was great. They really take time and show you everything.

Such a lovely place, with a reasonable big pool. Location is perfect, walking distance to almost everywhere in the city center. The owners were really kind and helpful, helping us with organising the jungle tour. The rooms were huge. We especially loved hammochs at the pool area. The value for money is excellent. I would recommend everybody to stay here. Our family loved it.
