Lovely and comfy place with lots of details. Clean. Easy check-in. Friendly and curious chicken. We had to check out of our previously booked appartment due to problems with the accessibility of the appartment and only stayed here for a night. We wished we would've booked here in the first place and could have stayed longer. Definitely recommend if you want a quiet and pretty place.

Our stay at Erlinda's place was exceptional, the place was clean and tidy, very lovely furnished and well equipped. Erlinda was very responsive and when we needed some extra crockery she dropped it round withing minutes. The separate entrance made the space feel nicely separated from the main house and is was very quiet. The pictures on the ad don't do it justice, much more light and spacious than anticipated. All in all, perfect for our purpose visiting the area for some academic event.

Roseland is an excellent B&B. Friendly, clean, comfy, competent. There was no mention of breakfast in the booking but we were pleasantly surprised that an ample comtinental breakfast was there for us. Jolly good pastries, too!

Our room was clean and comfortable, beautiful shower and there was a bus stop right outside the door. It's about 15 minutes walk into Oxford city so not a bad walk either. Perfect for our four night stay. The room was a good size, tea/coffee making facilities in the room also.
