David and Marieke are lovely hosts and they did a great job with the place. It feels like you went back in time, away from this modern world, loud and crowded. Peacefull place indoors and outdoors. The road up there is a little bumpy and quite long, but the destination is well worth it. We arrived late in the evening and after getting worried that we missed the road or we'd end in some abandoned place, we were surprised to find a welcoming cozy place like The Merchants' House. Entering the room was a total exciment for my 12 years old son to discover every corner if it and who bragged about being the one to say Yes to this accomodation, even if, on the map, it seemed far away from the beaches. Next morning, we were amazed with the "royal breakfast" and "royal service".🥰 We switched 3 accommodations during our 8 days vacation in Corfu, but The Merchants' was the best, the cleanest, the friendliest.🥰 Thank you, Marieke and David for making our stay sooooo so relaxing and exquisite.👑🎩

The location is amazing, literally on the beach. Beach services were excellent and food delicious. All of the staff were so friendly. A big thank you to Stella and her Mom for giving us a wonderful welcome. We stayed in a Standard Double Room and it was perfect. The addition of a fridge and kettle was a huge bonus. The air con worked brilliantly.

l liked everything. it was right in heart of town. it was small but had everything we needed. very comfortable and tastefully decorated. we even had a bottle of wine left for us .

Honestly, this place is everything that you need to have a great stay. It's close to the Old Town, room has A/C, towels, tv, mini fridge (with water!) and a hospitable staff. Totally recommending it.

We are very pleased with our entire experience at Porto-Fino. Hotel is right on the beach and there are sunbeds and umbrellas available to rent at an extra cost. The room, towels and beddings were very clean and fresh. There is no hairdryer or iron in the room, but the owner, Sabina, was very kind and provided us with everything we needed. Sabina is very nice and she helped us find an ATV to rent (since August is peak season it’s almost impossible to find one if you don’t book in advance) and she also organized our trip back to the airport. We would definitely stay here again if we will return to the island.

Great location, close to both east and west coast by car (around up to 30-40 min to the greatest locations for beach and sightseeing). Breakfast was very nice and homemade. The room and the bathroom are very specious. They give you towels for the beach as well. It's very calm and quiet in the area. I would definitely recommend and come back for a next trip on Corfu.

Comfortable apartment for family, spacious, clean, with terrace with splendid view. Alex is amazing, very helpful and kind. Water and fruit was a very nice surprise upon our arrival. A shop open until late is nearby and just few minutes walk to the beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. We loved this calm cosy place! Would be happy to come back. 🙂

The apartment is in a beautiful bay, it's clean and the hosts are so lovely! We had the best food of the whole trip in their restaurant downstairs! Highly recommend.
