The location was perfect for the beach and it was very peaceful. The guesthouse is new and everything was sparkling clean and in perfect working order. There was nothing missing in the room, from good storage to tea/coffee making facilities and clean water. Nothing was too much trouble for Dennis, the owner, from giving me lifts to finding transport back to the airport. As I was travelling alone this help was invaluable. I would definitely go back!

What an absolute gem of a place, The room was lovely and big, the little kitchen area was great for what we wanted, a kettle and a microwave. The aircon worked a treat. The 2 outside seating areas, one at the front and one at the back were lovely to sit and just watch the world go by. The pool was a great relief from the hot weather and to chat to other guests there. The restaurant was only a few steps away from our room and cooked up some fantastic food at a very reasonable price. Staff were all friendly and were on hand at all times, the only regret we had was we were only there for 6 days, but we will be going back for a longer stay next time.

The location was excellent, very close to nice restaurants, the supermarket and a great beach Our room was very large with a good fan and strong AC which was very needed in the Goan heat! The host organised scooter rental for us and also let us use the room beyond checkout time on the day we left

Great location, walking distance to the beach. Antonio and his family were very welcoming and helped us with our travel plans. Antonines very knowledgeable about the local area and offered us advice on what to see and do and how to get there. Accommodation was great value for money. I would highly recommend staying here.

    Great location and value for money, 15 minute walk from the beach in a nice town. Lovely hosts made sure we had everything we needed. Allowed us to check in late and keep our bags after check out. Felt very safe in our clean room.

    My friend and I stayed there for 2 nights and we loved the place. It's a quaint little place and we loved how Domnick has planted numerous bonsais and made comfortable seating areas all around the property. The location is perfect with all your grocery shops, breakfast nooks and the beach at a stone's throw and yet it's nestled in a grove of palm trees. Domnick was so helpful with everything. The rave about Domnick being a great host is real xD
