Very picturesque view and a very nice host. The host made the room upgrade for free. We booked the room without view, but he offered us one of the best rooms he had instead. The host gave us some useful tips for Petra hiking. The dinner was just fine. especially homemade turkish desert.

The location and the design of this hotel are incredible and breathtaking. Everything was neat, comfy, relaxing and peaceful. Our double room with mountain view had a superb view on the Shobak Castle. The silence and the atmosphere at night were indescribable. The host is super friendly, polite and courteous. We were welcomed by Alex who was a great host - had a good sense of humour and kind. So was his co-worker, Sara who was a quiet, soft-spoken, sweet and kind. Both of them were very efficient. The meals were buffet style and very delicious - one of the best homemade dinner we had during our stay in Jordan. I recommend the 7 Caves Hotel - it would be a great experience to stay here.

Walking distance to Petra VC with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Property is located above the main street so need to carry your luggages up the steps. Recommend to inform them of your arrival time so they can welcome you and help with luggages. Hot shower works but pressure can be better. Give it some time for hot water to flow. Comfortable beds. Abu Ali is the best host. Very kind and accommodating. As it was still fresh he even heated up the room for us, so it was cosy when we arrived from Petra. Breakfast is amazing!
