I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is located in a peaceful and convenient area. The hotel provided a free pick-up service from the railway station, making my arrival hassle-free. The rooms were very comfortable, with well-functioning air conditioners, and everything was spotless, including the bathroom. The hotel also arranged a vehicle for all my tours at an affordable price, allowing me to explore the city with ease, including a fantastic city tour and a memorable visit to Mihinthale. The breakfast was well-arranged, and I enjoyed the beautiful garden view from the hotel. Overall, it was a quiet and pleasant place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

Our stay was AMAZING. Even if it was a short stop, only one night, we were hosts like members of the family, with a welcoming juice made by our hosts that they are always available for everything you need. The apartment is comfy and clean, and the traditional sri lankian breakfast is simply yummy!! Thanks a lot for everything. From the moment I made the booking, the team was in constant communication with me. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and the hospitality provided by Mr. Udaya and Mr. Gayan was exceptional. Their kindness made our experience truly memorable. The food was also outstanding. I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends who plan to visit Sri Lanka in the future. Even after our stay, they stayed in touch to ensure we safely reached our next destination, which was a thoughtful touch. I have no hesitation in recommending this place—it’s a must-visit. The bedroom was incredibly relaxing, and the pool was perfect, especially given the hot weather in Anuradhapura. The property is spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail in its design is evident, making it an excellent choice for guests. They even took the time to ask what could be improved for future stays, showing their commitment to constant improvement. Mr. Udaya is a truly humble and gracious host.

    This cozy and comfortable guesthouse is located near a busy main road with shops and restaurants but it was quiet because it is hidden away on a peaceful side street right across a man-made lake. The room was spartan but spacious and extremely clean. Inoka and Pali are the kindest and nicest hosts that I have ever met. They would offer me tea with warm smiles whether I was coming or going. They rent very serviceable bikes which are ideal for a day long trip to explore the sacred city. Highly recommend!

    This was a large very clean room at a high standard. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a guide & tuktuk to the scared city , which I recommend. The guesthouse is on the edge of a lake. It’s quiet and there’s lots of places to eat nearby. I highly recommend staying here.

    Coming from a no aircondition bb, we loved the rooms with aircondition! Very clean with large beds, soap available (not all places have that) and great location. Close to the new bus station, shops and supermarked, and still very quiet. The breakfast was cheap and delicious with plenty of food. Owner really friendly and even offered to take us to the old bus station upon departure. We would come back any time!

    The guesthouse is like a family home, basic but nice (U pay for what U get). It located in a countryside, old city, beautiful and quiet area with few shop at 10min walk. The owner is a great host, he helped me to organise my stay in Sri Lanka, good conversation and he even cooked a great dinner for my last night. I definitely recommend this place!!
