Everything about my stay was perfect! The owner is kind, communicative and attentive, and the other staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms are spotlessly clean and everything is brand new. The building is modern but has lots of traditional aspects so you feel like you’re staying with your Moroccan family. I stayed in a few different rooms and each one was of the highest standard. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the rooftop has great views of Rabat. I will definitely be staying here again when I next visit Morocco - I live here now 😂

I booked this hotel very last minute, and had no expectations. I was met with open arms by the most welcoming staff, who went out of their way to make every minute of my stay comfortable. The residence is spectacular to say the least, with the most incredible moroccan decorations in each room and within the whole villa which is accessible to all guests. The homemade breakfast is worthy of a queen and the garden and swimming pool are very well cared for by the kind gardener. The residence is a 5 minute walk from the tram and from the Hassan tower and other breathtaking monuments. I can highly recommend staying here for as long as you can.

Salwa and Hiba were so welcoming. It was great to stay with a Moroccan family in a traditional house. The location is great at the heart of the old city. They showed me around, we had nice conversations while having delicious tea. They made me feel I am one of their family members. Highly recommended. I forgot my wedding ring in the bedside table. When I realized it I called them and they quickly sent someone to check and found the ring. For me this was invaluable and demonstrated their honesty and professionalism. There was no table in my room so they offered me the blue dinning room for me to work
