The host was very nice (also the self-made cookies), and the apartment was small but modern. It was perfectly located near many attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the king sized bed.

This place is perfect to unwind and located right beside the beach. They have everything you need inside. Amazing shower and the bed is super comfortable. We met the owner the next morning and he was so kind! If you're in Dunedin definitely drive the extra few minutes to stay here, you won't be disappointed!

Julie is an amazing host! So friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property is in a perfect location near the university, city centre, Otago Museum, Art Gallery and many cafes, restaurants and bars. The rooms in the guest house are lovely, the beds comfy, and everything spotlessly clean. The continental breakfast is plentiful and the dining room sunny and light. This was my second stay and this is now my go-to accommodation in Dunedin!
