The staff were helpful and incredibly responsive - sometimes I got replies within 10 mins! The view was amazing, very comfortable room with a nice balcony. Optional breakfast was a bonus as well.

It wasn’t our first stay at this hotel. The location is great, the staff is helpful and friendly. There are quite a few parking spots available, so you don’t have to worry about it. Breakfast was really nice and we also got to a enjoy an amazing view to the lake.

An older style unit, but nice views to mountains, nice breakfast. Host very friendly & helpful. Didn’t have time to try pool, but looked very inviting after a day walking! Bar area a nice touch for pre dinner drinks. Comfortable bed.

Everything! This is a new location in Peneda-Gerês Narional Park, with charming renovated farmhouses around a spacious open courtyard overlooking the mountains. So peaceful and relaxing, yet accessible and very well located, with many hiking options around the area, and some right around the village, within a short walk from the property. The apartment was very well organized and equipped, with a spacious kitchen and dining area, a living room, and two separate bedrooms on the upper floor. Everything was super clean and well handled, and the hosts were highly attentive. Sandra was amazing, always available and completely mindful to our comfort (and came over every morning with a pile of fresh pastries!). Thanks guys for a wonderful stay!

This Guest House was amazing! The room was super modern and comfortable, everything was very clean and the employees were also very nice. Bonus: the breakfast was delicious! Location was also perfect! Close to lots of must see spots in Gerês.

WOW what an amazing view from our second floor lake facing room. Best view we have ever seen. Excellent terraces with table and chairs to eat and drink whilst taking in the fab lake views. We often sat outside on the terrace to eat breakfast and drink wine in the evening setting sun.The guest house owner's son spoke reasonable English. Triple room also had a useful small fridge for drinks and cold food. The pool looked clean and well maintained but we didn't go in as it was quite cool weather.
