Great guest house in a fab location, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on a our balcony of an evening, the staff were very friendly and helpful, can highly recommended!

This is a new place and it's so clean! The staff are super nice and kind. There's Netflix on the TV. The location is really good as it's just off the beach road, so it's quiet, but close to everything. That part of the beach is in the middle, but not as busy as other parts. The hotel also has parking.

Great budget guesthouse with clean rooms, fair prices and good internet. Aircon and shower are ok too. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is right next to the beach and 50m away from 2 7-elevens. Overall fantastic experience.

I visit Cha Am a lot and stayed in many hotels and Guesthouses, this will be my go to every time, Rooms very clean and spacious, comfy beds and a small but adequate smart TV. Big bonus for this hotel is the food and the staff, breakfast is very generous and I haven't eaten any meals away from this place as the restaurant is top class, best food in cha am in my opinion.

Very tranquil place, on the beach, perfect for relaxation and meditation. Free bikes to roam around. Extremely warm staff, ever smiling hostess takes care of all the needs. And what a delicious breakfast she prepares. Thank you! Would love to stay longer on my next visit.

The host is so wonderful and accommodating. We had a very comfortable stay. Everything works in the room and everything is clean. PLUS a balcony where you actually get to see and hear the waves coming in. The beach is literally a 150 steps away. 7-11 nearby. Seafood everywhere. Ask for the sea view rooms and be respectful. You'll have a nice experience.

Very nice place. All the equipment worked without any problem. Very close to the seashore. Next to the place there are bars, massage salons, 7-eleven, place to rent a bicycle and etc. Very nice staff. Cleaning upon request
