New, comfortable hotel, perfect location, close to the best tourist attractions and, in addition, it is possible to do everything on foot. You can see that the hotel was built with great care and thought about the guest's comfort. We were very well received by the hosts who were concerned about our well-being at all times and were very kind at all times. Where do I start?! The Happy Bird is my new happy place! My Mum and I had the most amazing time, we didn’t want to leave. So relaxing and chilled out, the perfect place to stay in An Bang. So glad we chose to stay here instead of in Hoi An. Micha was the perfect host, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. He also makes the best coconut coffee! The gardens and seating areas are so lovely and peaceful, and our bungalow was really cool, the perfect beach bungalow. No air con which we knew was the case, but so not needed, the high ceilings and a fan did the job. Breakfast was sooo good, we sampled pretty much everything on the menu during our stay, it was all super yummy and fresh! The location is perfect, a short stroll down the lane to the beach, down the nice quiet end too. But still super close to the bars and restaurants of An Bang. We followed several of Micha’s recommendations for places to eat, drink, visit, which tailors to use, and so glad we did, they were all amazing! By far our favourite place in Vietnam, can’t wait to be back! Thanks Micha and Kim for the beauty of The Happy Bird

The rooms were lovely and clean with nice comfy beds. I mentioned to the hosts it was my partners birthday and they even got us a cake! Would defo recommend.
