De Leeuwenhof Estate is a wonderful oasis of tranquility. From the moment you arrive, you feel warmly welcomed - the owners and staff are incredibly friendly and make sure guests have a fantastic stay. The accommodation was spotless, the entire estate is beautifully maintained, and the service is excellent. The pool was clean and inviting, and given the heat during our visit, we truly appreciated the chance to cool off! For those who need to work remotely, the WiFi was stable and fast, and MTN mobile coverage was also reliable, making it easy to get things done. A special mention goes to the exceptional dining experience. Some reviews mention limited choices and pricing, but it’s important to note: the chef prepares meals exclusively for house guests and at a truly high level - the food was absolutely delicious. Many high-end restaurants, including Michelin-starred establishments, also serve set menus. Yes, you can find cheaper options nearby, perhaps even different styles of cuisine, but within this serene and intimate setting and the quality, the price is fully justified. We highly recommend dining here at least once during your stay - it’s well worth it! We’ll certainly be back and can highly recommend this beautiful estate for anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay near Paarl.

Loved the attention to detail: I got a bottle of wine and some bfast goodies. In the bathroom they had extra toiletries for those things we tend to forget at home when travelling a lot for work. The apartment is modern and really comfortable.
