The kitchen is small but fully stocked — you can easily cook anything, from pasta to something fancy if you’re feeling ambitious. The staff were fantastic: friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. There are two bathrooms, which was totally enough — no morning lines or hallway crowding. Free laundry was a huge bonus, especially when your clothes start smelling like “adventure.” There’s also a cozy common room — a great place to eat, work, or just chill. The location is right in the city center. Everything you need is within walking distance — shops, cafes, and attractions. Important for drivers: I came by car, and access to the courtyard is through a barrier gate. Be sure to let them know in advance that you’re driving so they can open it for you. I didn’t, and had to improvise a bit 😄 P.S. The administrator is a legend — super chill, always smiling, and really helpful. And major respect to the owner — it’s awesome to have a place like this in Batumi, with good vibes and great people. Thanks for the warm and welcoming atmosphere!

Marita Guesthouse está en Batumi, a 2,7 km de Playa de Batumi y a 3,4 km de Estatua de Ali y Nino, y dispone de vistas a la montaña y wifi gratis. I booked a room for me and mom. The rooms were really neat and smelled so good! The toilets were clean - there was hot running water, toilet paper, and soap. The kitchen is common for all, and is rarely used by everyone and well maintained. The owner of the property, Ms Marita, I believe, was so accommodating. She didn’t speak English but was super patient with us, kind, and I would love to see her again. Overall I didn’t feel like checking out from the property at all.

Amplio y muy agradable. Muy buen desayuno frente al mar. Trato familiar y todos los empleados muy atentos y agradables, en especial María.

GUEST HOUSE OCEAN FORCE se encuentra en Batumi, a 13 min a pie de Estación de tren de Batumi, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y bar. One of the best, rooms bit small but super clean, bed mattress very comfortable, water pressure and temp is super, the hosts Saso and Shushana are very nice and freindly 🌹. and special thanks to their son (Rudi) he speaks english very well and helped us with every thing during our stay. A good resturant (Riviera) is 7 min walking and they serve very delicious food. near by beach (~15 min's) walking. Downtown/ boulevard is (~35 mins) walking. Over all this guest house is totally recomended 👍.

Guest house Garden Beach ofrece alojamiento de 3 estrellas en Batumi, frente a la playa, y tiene jardín, salón de uso común y terraza. It is more of a furnished apartment with a kitchen downstairs. Wish we were there for a few more days to enjoy the place as well as Batumi.

Guest House ETM está en Makhinjauri, a 5 min a pie de Playa de Makhinjauri, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. The Guest House offers excellent views from balconies and rooftop. The room is spacious and clean. The family is very friendly. And the location is perfect: quiet and close to the beach.

Bagrationi 54 está en Kobuleti, a 12 min a pie de Playa de Kobuleti, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y terraza. There were some hairs on the bed sheet (seems like from previous client). I asked them to change and they responded promptley and brang a new duvet set.

Clean room with the best bed we have ever been in :). Owner is very nice, helpful, we had a great breakfast and it's close to the beach.

Absolutely lovely property, right in the heart of the town with ample parking places for our car outside. The family was very friendly, and provided a great breakfast. We ordered dinner at their house as well, which had some special local Adjarian dishes. The views from the main room are stunning.
