From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The family is always available and happy to help with anything you might need, and their hospitality really made my stay special. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The location is also perfect—right in the heart of town, just a short walk from many of Tbilisi’s main attractions, cozy cafes, and lively streets. What truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere - peaceful, inviting, and full of heart. It felt more like staying with friends than in a hotel. I can’t recommend 9 Doors Hotel enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Tbilisi!

The guest house features a barbecue, outdoor fireplace and sun terrace. Palazzo hotel was a fantastic stay in for us in Tbilisi. The host was so friendly and stayed up with us into the night talking about Georgia and offering us to try some homemade local food and drink. When we are back in Tbilisi we will for sure come back.

All rooms will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle. I had an amazing stay here, great value for money! The neighborhood is beautiful and perfect for walks. The room is very clean (and it is cleaned every day), has everything one might need (including hair dryer, kettle with tea and coffee, mini-fridge, bathrobes and slippers). The bed is huge and comfortable. There is plenty of space to put your clothes/other stuff in. The bathroom is very nice and with a good lighting. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Check-in was very easy, and the host replied to the messages very fast.
