It was really clean, comfortable, all the utilities a person might need. In the morning they even had a very kind lady who made us espressos and cappuccinos. Tram station right across the road, less than 10 minutes to city centre. Room and bathroom were really nice. Smart TV in room, mini fridge in room. Lovely hosts. There was a bit of an issue with the shower leaking, but if we run the shower at half pressure then it was fine.

Set in the centre of Florence, Opera House Florence is a recently renovated accommodation, which offers soundproof rooms. It is located 500 metres from Palazzo Vecchio and provides a shared kitchen. The guest house features family rooms. Best hidden gem in Florence. Had multiple other friends stay other places around town for a wedding and our stay here was the best by far!! Property owner Danielle was beyond helpful. Very attentive and caring. Room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and within eyesight of the train station. Minimal walking distance from the Duomo. Don't stay anywhere else!!
