Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). Highlight of my trip, I wish we stayed 2 nights not just one. Great hospitality and wonderful facilities. Personally the futon was very comfortable since I prefer harder matress. A 15 minute walk from the ferry terminal, very close to the main attractions.

We biked there and there were bike racks for bicycles. The common space was very enjoyable, they also have a free drink bar that provides coffee and tee; and even tho not from the dorm room, the view in the morning was really nice.

Bed&Cafe Onzo オンゾー está en Onomichi, a 24 km de Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine, y dispone de alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Very clean and spacious enough for 1 night during the Shimanami Kaido. Host was very friendly and also let us leave our bags while we enjoyed the town. Would stay again.

Everything was super clean, the host is incredibly friendly and helpful. Because I was the only one staying in the dorm, he let me sleep in a semi-private room! Pension Le Passage - Vacation STAY 11300v está en Tottori, a 15 min a pie de Playa de Hakuto, y dispone de alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. I would say a lot of words of appreciation for real Japanese omotenashi. The owner met us on the railway station and picked up (it was very late and we didn’t even expect to get easily to the hotel). Japanese-style breakfast, I already miss it so much. It was not only tasty but heartwarming. We discovered a lot of guides about Tottori (including Russian language). We laughed a lot and had really amazing adventures in Tottori. I highly recommend this place 🫶

滔々 倉敷民藝館南の宿 toutou, Mingeikan Minami no Yado se encuentra en Kurashiki, a 8,6 km de Mizushima Ryokuchi Fukuda Park y a 10 km de Tanematsuyama Park, y ofrece habitaciones con wifi gratis. This was a beautiful room, very attractive design, spacious and in a perfect area for touring Kurashiki. It is exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable and everything was immaculate. Check in was easy. Good communication with hosts, and restaurant recommendations, which was helpful. It’s not a hotel per se, and so no meals included but they provided a basket of fruit and baked goods daily and coffee, so that was perfect for breakfast. It was all we needed. The seating area has a good view over the canal so you could not be better situated.

Minpaku Yorozuya - Vacation STAY 12905 se encuentra en Kurayoshi, a 49 km de Tottori Sand Dunes, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Really comfortable place and you can walk to all Conan attractions. Best of all are the hosts who will do everything to make you and especially your kids have a great time. Highly recommended!

OMISHIMA SPACE Omoya está en Imabari, a 30 km de Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. Stayed as a pitstop while doing the Shimanami Kaido. Modernised traditional Japanese house. Staff was extremely welcoming and even wrote our name in Kanji. The house itself is clean, and there's even a free washing machine and dryer for use. For what we paid, we got great value and would definitely stay here again if doing the Shimanami Kaido or even just to visit the island.
