The house is very beautiful, well renovated with very good taste.Three toilets but only one bathroom.The owner and the staff are very kind and full of service mind. We have barbecue with karaoke , singing and dancing with the best audio equipment..The owner well prepared everything for our group including the heater on the floor. We all very appreciated for the hospitality, will come back again.

The room literally has everything you need. Private scenic view from the bath and the room. Very peaceful countryside. Had a really good sleep. The host was friendly and welcoming.

The couple running the guesthouse are warm, friendly and welcoming. The house is a renovated traditional Japanese house, so it is beautiful and cozy. The hosts also offered us vegetables and ramen to cook our own dinner, which was great!

Kikuchi Mirai Base - 菊池みらいベース se encuentra en Kikuchi, a 20 km de Estadio Egao Kenko de Kumamoto, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. The host, which I was allowed to call Rio is super nice and welcoming. And as a young traveler he created a very safe and calm atmosphere. The hostel was super comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. Kikuchi is such a nice place with many beautiful spots around the area. I rented a bike from Rio and drove around on my first day, and I was positively overwhelmed by the beauty of the nature! I can recommend to go here!:)

We chose Kikuchi instead of Kumamoto, to get away from the city before our trip to Mt Aso. We got a lovely country house, but the main benefit was the lovely couple who hosted us. Super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed breakfast, my wife skipped hers, so the host packed it as a bento box for our lunch. Vegetables from the garden. A guided visit to the forest to see fireflies. Tastes of local food and drink. It was if we were lodging with my favourite aunt and uncle.

Ukishimakan Bettei Guest House - Vacation STAY 14350 se encuentra en Shimo-rokka, a 10 km de Castillo de Kumamoto, a 11 km de Residencia Hosokawa Gyobutei y a 13 km de Estadio Egao Kenko de Kumamoto. What a wonderful 5 night stay we had in this beautiful guest house. We loved it so much we even stayed 'home' one day! Close to Kumamoto but felt a world away. Our generous hosts looked after us so well.
