This was such an unforgettable experience. We were supposed to stay for just one night but ended up staying 4! Okay, from the beginning. We had different accommodation in Hakuba, but we weren’t satisfied so we were looking for something else and found Dark Horse by chance. The moment we walked into the house, we were greeted with smiles and warmth. Andy, Rika, Momo and Hana create something truly special. We’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and such, but this one will stay in our hearts for a long time. Everything is well thought out, you can see it’s taken care of down to the smallest detail, you can see it’s done properly and not just to be the cheapest. We felt so beautifully hosted. They also have an amazing sake collection to try, and the food is delicious too. Thank you again and we already miss it. I hope we’ll get the chance to meet again. PS. If you’re wondering whether to book a room at Dark Horse, don’t hesitate!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

松本はなれ Matsumoto HANARE - Japanese style private bedroom Guest hause está en Matsumoto, a 17 min a pie de Estación de Matsumoto, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de... his is one of the best homestays/minshuku I've stayed in Japan. The host is very responsive before, during, and after the stay. Even though the bathroom and showers are shared, all the facilities are clean and the amenities provided, such as coin laundry, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a cosy common area, really exceeded my expectations. AEON mall / supermarket is 5 minutes away and the JR station/bus terminal is about 20 minutes away on foot. Easy peasy in terms of access. Highly recommend!

Nawate Guesthouse dispone de salón de uso común, terraza, restaurante y bar en Matsumoto. Hermosa Guesthouse, muy cálido el espacio y su gente. Muy buena ubicación. Tiene cocina completa, lockers, se puede trabajar tranquilamente y está siempre impecable.

Cafe&stay CASTANA se encuentra en Matsumoto, a 3,4 km de Estación de Matsumoto y a 6,1 km de The Japan Ukiyo-e Museum. El alojamiento es una cafetería con mucho encanto y muy cómoda si se viaja en familia o en grupo. Esta en una zona muy tranquila, pero con bastantes tiendas y restaurantes a los alrededores. Kaneda y el resto del personal fueron muy amables, incluso nos acercaron en coche al centro para visitar la zona del castillo.

Hakuba Matata Lodge está en Hakuba, a 10 km de Estación de esquí Tsugaike Kogen, y dispone de alojamiento con salón de uso común, parking privado gratis y bar. Location of the lodge was great, easy walking distance into Echoland and a snow shuttle bus stop not far from the front door. The lodge is well appointed and the family room is very accommodating. Breakfast was great served in the lounge area which was available for use at any time with complimentary tea/coffee. The owner was so helpful with suggestions and tips prior to our arrival and the staff looking after the lodge were so friendly, very helpful and extremely customer focused. I would highly recommend the lodge.

Togoro está en Nozawa Onsen, a 32 km de Parque de los Monos de Jigokudani, y ofrece habitaciones con vistas a la montaña y wifi gratis. The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to help us with our logistics. I can't thank them enough! The breakfast was delicious and was unique everyday. Can't wait to come back.

Guest House Hostel yukuru está en Iiyama, a 14 km de Ryuoo Ski Park, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y salón de uso común. El matrimonio que lo lleva es super agradable, nos recomendó lugares para visitar. La habitación era grande, la ducha también. En general todo muy bien. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario y el baño también.
